  1. Select the appropriate affiliation and payment amount below
  2. Select the meeting month you are registering for below
  3. Select Regular or Vegetarian Menu Choice
  4. Provide the full names of all attendees and comments if appropriate
  5. Select the "Add to Cart" button below and pay through PayPal

Register early with your Meal Deal Card and bypass PayPal:

Send your advance registration information via email to our SKCHRA Meeting Registrar at least 3 business days before the meeting. Please include the following in your email:
  1. Your name (and guest name or names if applicable)
  2. The month of the meeting you plan to attend
  3. If you need a vegetarian meal (default will be non-vegetarian)

Door Registration Cost:

Door registrations are permitted at the same cost as late registrations; however, payment can only be made by cash or check at the meeting.

About your privacy and ordering through PayPal:


When you register for a meeting from our website, you will do so through the safe and secure PayPal website. You do not have to own a PayPal account to register for a meeting and PayPal does not charge you a fee for using their secure payment website.

We never see your credit card number.

When you select the "Add to Cart" button to register for a meeting, you will automatically be taken to your PayPal cart where you can:
  • increase or decrease the number of people that you are registering for the meeting
  • remove a meeting registration entry that you may have added incorrectly
  • proceed to checkout and pay for your meeting registration

After you have paid for your meeting registration through PayPal:
  • you will receive an email receipt from PayPal confirming your order
  • we will receive an email from PayPal notifying us of your order

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you have a problem with a transaction, contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

I need to cancel a meeting registration:

If you must cancel, Email the SKCHRA Meeting Registrar at least 24 hours before the meeting.

Due to our cancellation policy with the caterer, cancellation refunds cannot be processed unless you notify us of the cancellation at least 72 hours before the start time of the meeting. Substitutions in lieu of cancellations are encouraged.
