Door registrations are permitted at the same cost as late registrations; however, payment can only be made by cash or check at the meeting.

Due to our cancellation policy with the caterer, cancellation refunds cannot be processed unless you notify us of the cancellation at least 72 hours before the start time of the meeting. Substitutions in lieu of cancellations are encouraged.
